What is the material used in mold labeling?
In general, the label used in mold label material is divided into PP, PE and PE and PP copolymer 3. Labeling inside the mold is divided into 3 layers. The first layer is a printing layer; the second layer is the main layer; the third layer is the hot melt adhesive. In mold labeling labels must have good exhaust function. In the integration with the product, the exhaust function directly affects the appearance of the product. In addition, the label inside the mold must be printed after electrostatic processing, otherwise directly affect the labeling product yield.
Electrostatic treatment can be used
1, chemical elimination method: chemical elimination method is generally in the substrate surface coated with a layer of antistatic agent, make the conductive material. The application of chemical method to remove the limitations of the paper, if the chemical composition is added in the paper, is likely to have adverse effects on the quality of paper, such as reducing paper strength, adhesion, tightness, tension, so generally do not use chemical elimination method.
2, physical elimination method: physical elimination method is in the case of not changing the nature of the material, the use of static characteristics inherent to eliminate static electricity, is currently used in industrial production of static elimination methods.
3, humidity control elimination method: printing material surface resistance with air relative humidity increases and decreases, therefore, increasing the relative humidity of the air can improve the surface conductivity of paper, accelerate charge leakage. Printing workshop suitable environmental conditions are: temperature of 20 degrees Celsius, relative humidity of more than 70%.
